Registration for Mother's Morning Out and Preschool programs at CUMC Day School is currently open.  All forms and payments must be received to guarantee your child’s spot.  It is our policy that you enroll your child in class for the age your child will be on September 1, 2010.

Summer Day Camps
The Chapin UMC Day School will be offering summer day camps for children 18 months old through 4 years old.  The program will run from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on the following dates:

July 6, 7, & 8
July 20, 21, & 22
August 3, 4, & 5

The fee is $60 for each session, with a $10 registration fee required for each week your child plans to attend.  This is a non-refundable fee but will apply to the $60/session.  You can sign your child up for one, two, or three sessions, but you must pre-register and turn in your registration fee in order for us to reserve your child’s spot.   You can register your child by filling out the form below and turning it in to the registration desk. You will receive more specific information regarding the programs when your registration information is received.
